Rhoton; his daughters, Bobbie Brown (John), Rhonda Mullins (Conley) and Cynthia Carver (Michael); and his sisters, Judy Gilliam of Gate City, VA, Patsy Combs (Gene) and Reta Peters. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
