He is survived by: his children, Heather Shepard and Scotty Shepard; his siblings, Joan Jessee, Peggy Watts and Charlie "Penoy" Shepard (Linda); his grandchildren, Lacy Lane, Jesse Lane and Levi Lane; and his close friend Joe Quillen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
