He is survived by: his wife Brenda Dalton Butler; his children, Teresa Paris, Dublin, Robin Greenawalt and Kimberly Sheets (Rhonda Bolton); his grandchildren, Amanda Parson (Dylan), Amber Neuse (Joshua), Jeffrey Meredith (Kate), Samantha Adams, Angelica Rothermel and MaKayla Bolton; and his great grandchildren, Jamison, Julian, Gavin, Madelyn, Grayson, Olivia and Scarlett.
