He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Mae Spracher and Claude Irvin Bell. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Allen Bell of Pulaski and Belinda Bell White (Adair) of Pulaski; his grandchildren, Cody Allen Bell (Mariah Brook White) and Tiffany Hughett (Pattie Adair Nuckles); his close friends, Frank Cecil, Ernie Moore, Don Hagee and Ronnie Chambers; and his pet Tux.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Seagle Funeral Chapel (415 Jefferson Ave N, Pulaski, VA 24301). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (5550 Bagging Plant Rd, Dublin, VA 24084).
