She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arthur Stoots and Eleanor Gertrude Stoots (Worrell); her husbands, Clarence "Nook" Draper Burton and Andrew Nelson Matney; her son Joseph Eugene Burton; and her siblings, Robert, George, Orel, Dexter Ray, Coy "Bud" Stoots, Laura Duncan, Hazel Stoots, Mammie Simmerman, Edith Jones, Violet Viars, Dondee Swecker and Mary Bessie Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Burton Moore (Jim) and Clarence "Ricky" Burton (Pulaski); her grandchildren, Shannon Peake, Dusty Burton (Lynn), Cody Burton and Hunter Burton; and her stepchildren, Karen Lane and Terry Matney (Sherry). She is also survived by 3 Step Grandchildren, 7 Step Great Grandchildren and 4 Step Great-Great Grandchildren.
