She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Bell and Edna Haynes Bell; and her father-in-law Wallace Owens. She is survived by: her husband Mark Owens; her children, Joshua Owens (Brittany) and Haley Owens; her grandson Nolan; her sister Stacy DeBella (Chris); her nieces and nephews, Arianna and Hayden; and her mother-in-law Hilda Owens. She is also survived by many friends and her several fur children.
