She is survived by: her children, Chase Reed and Melanie David (Wayne); the father of her children Steve Reed; her siblings, Ronnie Ballard, Debbie Stafford and Donna Sloan; her close friend John Saunders; and her sons, Rev. Brad Lewis and Charles Henderson (Donna Sharp). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and her special pet companion.
