He is survived by: his wife Melissa Dove Crockett; his children, Jessica Farmer, Pulaski, Roger Dale Crockett, Jr. (Angela) and Barren Springs; his stepchildren, Lee Shirah, Dustin Shirah and Crystal Dove; his grandchildren, Macayen Farmer, Kenneth Shirah, James Dove and Kanton Shirah; and his brother Robert Lee Crockett, Jr. (Dublin).
