He is survived by: his wife Paula Currie of Christiansburg; his children, Stacey Currie of Dublin, Parker Currie of Christiansburg and Leslie Uzzell (Marcus) of Wilmington, N. C.; his sister Patricia Currie of Christiansburg; his grandchildren, Jayme Gilmore, Kameran Currie and Kyleigh Wilson; his great grandchild Landry Combs; his sister-in-law Linda Cook; and his close friend Mike Linkous. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
