He is survived by: his wife Gail C. Stephens; his sons, Robert E. Stephens and Dublin Bruce Stephens; his grandchildren, Jacob Stephens (Kelsie), Marissa Stephens and Justin Stephens; his great grandchildren, KayLee Stephens and Andrew Stephens; and his brother Edward "Eddie" Stephens.
