She is survived by: her children, Rick Bessler (Kathleen) of Pulaski, Kimberly Hall of Bland and Ray Bessler of Dublin; and her siblings, Sam Carter, Roy Carter, Sr., Danny Carter and Liz Hamblin. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
