He was predeceased by: his son Phillip. He is survived by: his brother Lou Capaldini; his children, Theresa Womack (Lynn), Sharon Oldham (Mark) and Jim Capaldini (Martha); his grandchildren, Nicole (Brad), Peter (Megan), Philip (Elizabeth), Houston (Mina), Rachel, Jesse, David and Braydon; and his great grandchildren, Xander, Henry, Leon, Ren, Grant and Maya.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dublin Lions Club, Feeding Southwest Virginia, or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
