He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Holbrook and Scena Holbrook; and his siblings, James Ray Holbrook and Hazel Sifford. He is survived by: his wife Elise Holbrook; his children, Debbie Puckett (Tim), Diana Jackson (Phil), Betty Robertson (Greg) and Paul "Bert" Holbrook (Tammy); and his sisters, Mary Holbrook and Rhonda Holbrook. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
