She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Henline and Pauline Henline. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Lee Smith of Dublin; her sister Patty Riddle of Kingsport, Tenn.; her nephews, Dean Leach (Amber), Tim Leach and Mike Riddle (Melissa); her stepdaughters, Christine Miller (Eddie) of Ala, Debbie Rose (Greg) of Nicholasville and Linda Kenley of Christiansburg; her stepgrandchildren, Aaron Kenley (Maggie), Phillip Rose (Kirstin), Ashlee Rose and Chris Smith; and her close friend Richard Carner of Johnson City, Tenn.. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Legion Post 58 in Dublin.
