She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cameron and Bertha Jane Haga Combs; her husband Rev. John Wesley Hash; her children, Jonathan Hash, Phillip Hash and Lois Woodyard; her son-in-law Keith Harrell; her grandsons, James Hash, Bobby Woodyard and Brian Harrell; her great grandchild Shawn Callis; and her siblings, Herbert Combs, Lena Stafford, Virginia Swale and Bernice Combs.
She is survived by: her son James; her daughter-in-law Mary Hash; her daughters, Becky Harrell and Susan Harrell (Roger); her grandchildren, Jay Harrell, Sherry Harrell, Jeff Freeman, Johnny, Meagan Hash, Sheila, Todd Morrison, Dee and Andy Perkins; her great grandchildren, Ray Harrell (Emily), Brian Dalton (Olivia), Josh Dalton (Madalyn), Logan Callis (Kelly), Miranda, Bray Cartwright, Killian Hash and Kadence Hash; her great great grandchildren, Phifer Dalton, Riley Callis, Maggie Lawson, Henry Lawson, Railynn Cartwright, Hunter Cartwright and Zoe'Cartwright; and her brothers, Victor Combs and Wesley Combs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, special friends and her church family.
