She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorene Fulkerson (Russell) and James Thomas "Tommy" Dehart; her husband Shirley Wayne Burden; her stepfather John L. Fulkerson; her siblings, Iona, Donald Dehart and John L. "Johnny" Fulkerson, Jr.; and her niece Debbie Kline.
She is survived by: her children, Toni Allen of Dublin, VA, Russell Jackson of Rockport, IN, Mary Austin of Radford, VA, Guyman Lee Jackson (Liz) of Rockport, IN and Amanda Roach (Nick) of Owensboro, KY.; her grandchildren, Justin Allen, Bond Allen, William Allen, Chance Allen, Jessica Johnson, Kelsey Roberts, Destiny McGehee, Jacklyn Jackson, Courtney Johnston (Nick), Kayla Austin (Vash), Eric Austin, Nicole Jackson, Nicholas Jackson, Dylon Sailings (Dusti), Carli Kiper and Jenna Kiper; and her siblings, Rodney, Herbie Fulkerson (Debbie), Connie Thomas (Raymond) and Diane Williams (Jack). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
