She was predeceased by: her husband John G. Crook. She is survived by: her son John J. Crook; her daughter-in-law Mary Crook of Jacksonville, N. C.; her grandchildren, Brandon Crook and Sophia Bugg; and her siblings, Timothy Brader and Susan Molina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
