He is survived by: his children, Jamison and Onyx; his grandmother Pearl Blankenship Miller; his adoptive mother Cathie Whitmore; his siblings, Tracy Grady, Brittany Windle, Shawn Carroll and Kayla Martin; his brother-in-law Lincoln Martin; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Martin, Jonathan Morehead, Dallas Hickman, Skyla Roop and Willow Carroll.
