He is survived by: his wife Pamela Simpkins Muse; his children, Jonathan Cade Muse and Madison Paige Muse; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Karen Muse of Cincinnati; his parents-in-law, Earnie and Mary Simpkins of Dublin; and his close friend David Alderman of Dublin. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
