It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Russell Loux of Dublin, Virginia, who passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Loux and Mildred Loux (Leach). He is survived by: his wife Janice Buss (Buck); his daughter Michelle Rodkey; his sister Jan Carroll; his niece Erin; his nephew Sean Carroll; and his pets, Molly and Woody. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
