He was predeceased by: his parents, Staples Harvey and Sarah Harvey; and his wife Earsaline Harvey. He is survived by: his children, LaRhonda Harvey (Mia Harvey) of Radford and Mandel Harvey (S. C.) of Winsboro; his grandchildren, Michael Swan, Stephanie Swan, Joshua Harvey, Evan Harvey, Kingston Pressley-Harvey and Seth Frego; his great grandchildren, Aamiyah and Gabriel Manning; and his siblings, Dexter Harvey, Jerry Harvey, Alice Kellum, Valera Bush, Ora Crouse, Clidia Lewis and Valentina Brooks. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
