He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Lonnie, Sr. and Irene Mills Meadows; and his siblings, Lonnie Meadows and Margie Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Sharon "Kitty" Meadows; his children, Matthew (Rebecca Meadows), Wes (Melissa Jarrell) and Traci (Ben Wright); his grandchildren, Candice, Colton Meadows, Mikayla, Bailey, Hudson Jarrell and Meadow Wright; his siblings, Randy Meadows, Sr., Thomas Edward Meadows (Becky) and Donna Smith (Alan); and his siblings-in-law, David Meadows (Kim) and Jennifer Bailey. He is also survived by many other relatives and special friends.
