It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Leigh Hand of Dublin, Virginia, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kenneth Hand and Elizabeth "Betty" Walsh; and her daughter Rae Leigh Nester. She is survived by: her daughter Charla Michelle; her grandchildren, Karleigh Jo Delph, Rebekah Leigh Richardson (Jimmy) and Jeremy Michael Dodson; her great grandchildren, Elizah Rae Amsel, Kennedy Elleighse Richardson and Emersyn Rae Taylor; and her brother Kenneth Alan Hand (Kathy). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
