She is survived by: her husband Archie Kirby Thornton; and her siblings, Susie Walter of Bedford, Virginia Haines of Winston-Salem, Vergie Marsh of High Point, N. C., Roger (Judy King) and Burke (Shirley King). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
