She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Ray Hicks and Lula Jones; her sons, Wesley and Glen Lyons, Jr.; and her sister Bertha Sheppard.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Lyons, Greta Dowdy (Donald) and Wanda Southern. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
