He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Smith and Helen Smith of Dublin; and his sisters, Audna Smith McCoy of Roanoke and Evelyn Smith of Dublin. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Smith of Dublin; his children, Tami Smith of Dublin, Tina Smith of Dublin, Anthony "Tony" Smith of Dublin and Tim Smith (Ashley) of Pulaski; his stepson Rusty Carroll of Radford; his grandchildren, Taylor Carroll, Chase Carroll, Jaxon Smith and Londyn Smith; and his brother John Smith of Dublin. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
