She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Webb and Ellabea Webb; and her siblings, Diane Webb and Michael Webb. She is survived by: her sister Earleen Miller. She is also survived by five nieces, two nephews, and a host of great nieces, great nephews, and loving family members and friends.
