With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra Lynn Phillips Bassetti of Dublin, Virginia, born in Pulaski, Virginia, who passed away on October 4, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elsie Wheeling Phillips and Cecil Mont Phillips; her husband Joseph "Bo" Randolph Bassetti, Jr.; her children, Travis Viars, Seth Davis, Roanoke, Kristi, Carl Brent Anderson and Draper; her grandchildren, Emma Grace Anderson, Nora Rose Anderson and Owen William Anderson; and her stepchildren, Stacy Mullins, Wytheville, Joseph "Joe" Bassetti and Rural Retreat.
