She is survived by: her parents, Estle Jethero Cox, Jr. and Elaine Quesenberry Cox; her husband Robert Dale Smith; her children, Bradley Scot O'dell (Dublin), Darren Andrew O'dell, Fairlawn and Bret Ryan Smith (Fairlawn); her grandchildren, Robert Daniel O'dell, Khloe Alexandra O'dell and Addyson Mae O'dell; and her brothers, Tim Cox (Dublin), Wayne Cox (Radford), Randy Cox (Fairlawn) and Doug Cox (Pulaski).
