He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Dalton Morris Moore and Shirley Morris; and his brother Wayne Morris of Draper. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Irene Handy of Dublin; his children, Charles David Handy of Pulaski, Brian S. Handy (Victoria) of Pulaski and Linda Haney (Terry) of Pulaski; his sister-in-law Christine Morris of Draper; his granddaughters, Tara Brooke Haney (Dougie Phillippi) and Erin Elizabeth Haney; and his nephews, Alan Morris and Mike Morris.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, imposed upon by the Governor, there will be a private graveside service at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin officiated by the Rev. Charles McPeak.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests to send memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society in memory of Charles.
