He is survived by: his former wife Truly Kelly Harrell; his sister Evelyn "Peachy" Harrell Martin; his wife Reba Stafford Harrell; his mother Dorothy Price Harrell; his daughters, Amy Hall (Dennis), Melissa Jackson (Rusty), Tara Woodyard (Buddy) of Little Creek and Amanda Brown (Montie, Jr.) of Fredericksburg; his grandchildren, Nikki Lockhart (Yancey), Eric Hall (Teresa), Drew Jackson, Shane Woodyard, Brie Woodyard, Alex Lawson and Aylah Brown; his great grandchildren, Kadance Hall and Makenna Hall; his brother Steve Harrell (Brenda) of Little Creek; his siblings-in-law, Ray Woodyard, Betty Woodyard, David Stafford, Sheila Stafford, Faye Atkins, Stuart Kelly and Martha Kelly; and his son White Gate. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, a large extended family, and many friends.
