He is survived by: his children, Robin L. Griffin (Dublin), Janice L. Dalton (Dublin), Patty A. Barnes (Dublin) and Cecil F. Keith, Jr. (Dublin); and his stepchildren, Vera F. Groves (Steven) and Paul P. Pross. He is also survived by Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
