He was predeceased by: his father Robert Daniel "Ross" Stephens; his brother Robert "Bobby" Stephens; and his grandparents, Walter L., Sylvia Sadler, Frank and Ruby Stephens.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Sadler Stephens.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel (1631 Bob White Blvd, Pulaski, VA 24301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
