He is survived by: his sons, Billy Joe Delph, II (Amanda) of Pulaski and Tim Delph (Casey) of Little Creek; his siblings, Vernon Delph (Regina) of Pulaski Co, Jim Delph (Wanda) of Cedar Bluff, Berl Delph (Bonnie) of Pulaski Co and Debra Delph Moore; and his grandchildren, Makenzie Shae Delph, Makaylin Leanne Delph, Summer Gail Delph, Karleigh Jo Delph, Haley Marie Delph, Kierstyn DeAndra Chinault, Tiffany Breanna Graham, Ashley Amber Pileggi, Samantha Smith and Kelsey Delph.
