She is survived by: her son Michael; her grandchildren, Amanda Michelle Carter (Chris), Rebecca Ann Umberger (Mark), Aaron Michael Wilson and Joseph Michael Wilson; her siblings, Kathryn Simpkins, Denver Simpkins, Dublin, Thomas Simpkins, Pilot, Patricia Bedsaul (Benny), Douglas Simpkins (Kaye), Draper, Betty Slusher (Jack) and Newbern; and her close friend Arleta Brown.
