He was predeceased by: his father Worren Black; and his wife Kathleen Dove Perdue. He is survived by: his daughter Mendie; his son-in-law Tommy Cook; his sons, Willie Dove and Tony (Dawn Dove); his grandchildren, Jeffrey (JD), Elizabeth, Katlyn (KC), Robbie, Norman Ray (Bubber), Nyoka (Nickel) and Rayna (Bright Eyes); his sisters, Linda (Tommy Hamlin) and Louise Quesinberry; and his close friends, Sonny Smith, Chipper Duncan and Arleta Early. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
