J."; her siblings, Jeff, Rodney, Gary "Poodler", Larry Jessee, Sharon Short and Sue Hobbs; her husband William Mullins; her daughters, Brittany Owens (Clyde) of Wise, VA and Ashlynn Mullins; and her sisters, Janice Robbins (Mike) of St. Charles, VA and Eula Baldwin (Don) of Jonesville, VA. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and a host of extended family and friends.
