He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frank and Herthel Fletcher; and his parent-in-law Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Fletcher; his son Blaine Fletcher of Dryden, VA; his granddaughter Brittany Oaks of Woodway, VA; his sisters, Mildred Livesay (Ben) of Kettering, OH and Elizabeth Coin (Pat) of Jacksboro, TN; and his sisters-in-law, Patsy Anderson of Jonesville, VA and Geraldine Ford (Ed) of Mechanicsville, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would like for donations to be made to The Family Life Center in Jonesville, VA.
