He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wright and Rebecca Litton Jessee; and his son Jon William Jessee. He is survived by: his wife Edith Jessee; his daughter Debbie Jessee; and his nieces and nephews, David Jessee (Betty), Warren Williams (Patty), Kay Lotito and Renee Jessee.
Virginia Covid-19 restrictions for funerals will be in place including face masks and social distancing.
