It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genieve Jones (Dryden, Virginia), who passed away on January 13, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Ellis Jones, Sr.; her son Charles Ellis Jones, Jr.; her parents, Owen Collier and Nannie Bowman Collier; and her siblings, Lola, Eula Mae, Elgin and Harrison.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger, Roy (Vicky, Robert) and Gerald (Lorena). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
