He is survived by: his siblings, Lee Hurst (Joyce) of Indianapolis, IN and Jean Collins of Dryden, VA; his nephew Junior Collins (Carla) of Dryden, VA; his friend Maudie; and also Pennington Gap. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
