He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur George Keith and Ruth Stowers Keith; and his brother Willie L. Keith. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Ann Adams Keith; his sons, Kelvin D. Keith and Benjie L. Keith; his grandchildren, Schon Keith, Logan Keith, Sleepy Keith, Kinsley Keith, Brody Keith and Willow Keith; his sister Elizabeth Montgomery (James); and his nephews, Darren Keith, Scott Keith, Jesse Montgomery and Billy Montgomery.
