It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Lee Neal III of Dry Fork, Virginia, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Rigney Neal. He is survived by: his father Troy Lee Neal, Jr.; his stepmother Eleanor H. Neal; his siblings, Donna N. Spyres, Dana Neal, Leslie N. Briant and Michael Neal; and his close friend Randall Lawrence.
