He is survived by: his sons, Scott and Stephen; his wife Carolyn; his siblings, Bill Harper (Pat) and Nina Harper Burroughs; his daughter-in-law Kirsten (Scott); and his grandchildren, Reagan Harper, Lily Harper and Hunt Harper.
Due to COVID and out of respect to the family and for others, there will be no public service or visitation.
