He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Jackson Kelly and Robert Hollis Kelly; and his wife Deborah Evans Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Gerald Kelly (Lisa), Joseph Kelly, Jason Kelly (Rebekah), Jonathan Kelly, Joshua Kelly and Grace Kelly Bradner (Derek); and his sisters, Jean Armstrong, Barbara Broehm and Doris Yancey. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
