She was predeceased by: her husband Clark Haskins; her parents, Woody Adkins and Sally Pearl Smith Adkins; her son Ricky Haskins; and her grandson Tim Wayne Powell.

She is survived by: her daughter Kim Powell (Tim) of Dry; her granddaughter Crystal Law; and her great grandchildren, Makayla Law, Makia Law, Bradley Law, Hannah Powell and Tyler Powell.
