We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2022, at the age of 77, Isla Collins Scarce (Dry Fork, Virginia), born in Axton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edwin Collins and Gracie Ellen Wilson Collins. She is survived by: her children, Roscoe Scarce (Stormy) and Dawn Scarce; her brother Randy Wayne Collins (Terri); her stepchildren, Betty Garrett (Donald), Henry Scarce (Jennifer), Joe Scarce (Debbie) and Virgil Scarce (Karen); and her grandchildren, Katie Scarce and Bryan Scarce. She is also survived by nine step-grandchildren, sixteen step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Whitmell Christian Church or to Tunstall Fire & Rescue.
