He is survived by: his wife Billie Alford Grant; his children, Julie Anne Dean (Jeffrey) of Newnan and Joseph Elliott Grant (Angie) of Rolesville; and his grandchildren, Anna Dean, Katie Dean, Winston Grant and Lilly Grant.
