He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Mae Butts Chumley and Forrest Obery Chumley, Sr.; his sister Donna Hoskins; and his nephew Lee Shumaker. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Harris Chumley; his children, Elecia Chumley, Richard Nieves of Roanoke, VA, Bobby Lee Clayton and Jonathan Hutcherson; his siblings, Sheila Shumaker of Mebane, NC, Linda Winn of Pelham, NC, Carl of Pelham, NC and David Chumley of Pelham, NC; and his pets, Ruby, Beefy, Scratchy, Oreo, Tinkerbell and Mickey Mouse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
