He was predeceased by: his parents, Lizzie Mae Mullis Scoggins and Carl Lee Scoggins; and his wife Wanda Faye Hutson Scoggins. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Flanigan (Mike), Darlene Holcomb (Paul) and Michael Scoggins; his siblings, Elizabeth Beaird, Martha Spurling and Benny Hunter (Ann); his grandchildren, David Holcomb, Jonathan Holcomb, Amy Lanter and Heather DeHart; his great grandchildren, Jason Holcomb, Shawn Holcomb, Andy Lanter, Abby Lanter and Kaylee DeHart; and his great great grandchild Lilly Holcomb.
